Terms updated on 01.01.2026
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing, downloading, or using any of ORS sites and services, you agree to become legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms, then you may not access and use the sites and services.
ORS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted on the site to obtain timely notice of such changes, and if you do not agree to the amended terms, you agree to immediately stop using the sites and services and to provide ORS notice to remove you from any distribution or other communication list that are available to you through the sites and services.
Membership Fees: ORS will charge a membership fee in return for use of ORS services. The membership/subscription fee does not include any promotions or discounts. The membership fee might be different than the amount paid by another new or existing member. Check your account online or email us at Customer Support for any additional information or questions. By agreeing to this document, you acknowledge that ORS reserves the right to, at any time, modify the membership fees and billing methods. Membership fees are paid in advance by credit card or debit card.
Automatic Renewal: Your membership fee will automatically be withdrawn from your account via credit or debit card each month. You will receive notification that your membership has been renewed and the fee was received/approved. You will continue to be charged a membership fee each month and all other applicable charges until you cancel your membership. You may do this at any time (See Cancellation of Membership for more information).
Membership fees are not prorated, and are based on a monthly 30/31 day schedule. Meaning, if you pay for membership starting May 1, your membership runs through May 31. If you choose to cancel May 15, you will still be charged in full, through May 31. No half-month memberships. Once a membership option is selected/purchased, there is no refund or proration if cancellation occurs before the membership end date. Meaning, if you pay for an annual membership May 1, but in December of that same year to cancel, you will not be reimbursed for the remaining months (Jan-April).
If the payment processing for the renewal of your membership fails for any reason we will attempt to process your renewal daily for seven (7) calendar days before freezing your account. If your account is frozen you will not be able to use most features of the app or website. You will only have access to your invoices that are unpaid and service requests that are in progress.
By agreeing to this section you understand that One Resource Solution will not provide you any notification of renewal each month.
Authorization to Update Credit Card Information; Account Updater
If your credit or debit card on file with ORS has expired at the time of your membership fee renewal you must update the card so your account is valid.
Currently, we do not charge a cancellation fee for cancelled service requests or when you cancel your membership. However, those terms are subject to change, to which you will be notified.
If your payment is declined for any reason (i.e. paying an invoice, membership or otherwise), you will be charged a fee. You are responsible for paying the membership fee as well as any payments to any service provider you use.
To cancel your membership, go to your profile on the ORS website or reach out to Membership Support.
You may cancel your membership at any time via your online profile. If you wish for your membership to be cancelled prior to the next renewal date, your cancellation request must be received no later than 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time on the business day before your renewal date.
There are no membership refunds. If you pay for a membership, regardless of its length and you decide to not use your membership, that is at your discretion/responsibility. Once a membership is selected and purchased, no refunds will be issued.
