This policy outlines the expectations, procedures, and service standards required of all vendors accepting jobs
through the One Restaurant Solution (ORS) platform. Our mission is to deliver trusted, fast, and seamless service
to restaurants and retail locations by working with top-tier, reliable professionals who align with our core values
of excellence, integrity, and community support.
Acceptance of Jobs
- Vendors must respond to job notifications promptly through the ORS platform.

Accepting a job constitutes a binding agreement to perform the service as described, within the
specified timeframe, and according to ORS quality standards.

Jobs must be accepted within 10 minutes of notification to maintain eligibility for the
opportunity.
Response Time and Availability

Upon acceptance, vendors must confirm arrival time and remain available for any follow-up
communications.

Emergency jobs require acknowledgment within 15 minutes and dispatch
within 2 hours unless otherwise arranged.
Professional Standards and Conduct
Vendors must:
- Arrive on time and perform all services efficiently and professionally.
- Use appropriate tools, safety measures, and adhere to industry best practices.

Represent ORS values through transparent, courteous, and solution-focused interactions with clients.
Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations after job acceptance are strongly discouraged and must be communicated
immediately through the platform.

Unexcused no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in temporary suspension or removal from the ORS
network.
Service Quality and Accountability
- Jobs will be reviewed and rated by the client upon completion.

Vendors consistently receiving poor feedback or violating policy terms will be subject to
re-evaluation or removal from the network.

Vendors are encouraged to maintain open communication, report delays, and resolve client concerns promptly.
Payment and Invoicing
- All payments must be processed securely through the ORS platform.
- Invoices should be submitted promptly upon job completion.
- Disputes or payment issues should be reported through vendor support.
Compliance

Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing and insurance
requirements.

Any breach of legal or safety standards will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
